We'll handle your accommodation arrangements during the event. Please indicate whether you prefer a single room or would like to share with another guest.

Should you wish to extend your stay before or after the event, please specify your request in the comment box below the calendar. Any additional nights will incur an extra cost, payable directly to the hotel upon check-out. Once you submit your request for extra nights, GSE the Agency will reach out to confirm availability and provide corresponding costs. Upon your approval, the extra nights will be booked for you.

Billing information

GSE the Agency will issue an invoice within five (5) working days upon receiving your registration details. Kindly settle the payment within seven (7) days. Please note that your attendance will be confirmed only upon receipt of your full payment.
